closer to the beach in Pacific Beach than Sandy Toes. Constructed in 2008, Sandy
Toes has a rare unobstructed view of the ocean. Enjoy watching the
sunsets, kite festival, and beach activities from our deck.
Downtown Pacific Beach is just 1/2 block
away with its small town shops, cafes, and
bakery.

Gourmet kitchen, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, garage.
We have tried to
keep things simple at Sandy Toes. Sit and watch the waves,
curl up with a good book, play board games, work on a puzzle or
watch a movie.

Fully stocked
kitchen (microwave, waffle iron, coffee pot, coffee grinder,
electric tea kettle, bread machine, mixer, blender, etc.).
TV, DVD/VCR, IPOD
docking station - (Bring your movies. In an effort to focus our
family around other activities we do not have cable or any other TV
reception.)
Board games,
cards, puzzles
If you need to
stay connected the local coffee shop, 1/2 block away, is a
wireless hotspot.
